My Birth Day

Well it started out like a normal day inside Mommy. Nice and cozy, warm and dark, just the way I like it. I could hear Mommy and Daddy talking, they were in a grocery store buying groceries. I knew this was a good thing because my amniotic fluid always taste better the day after. So Mommy’s cell phone rang and I could hear her talking to a doctor.
“Hello...Tests were bad...Come in?...Need to have the baby now?...HEY STEVEN WE’RE HAVING A BABY TODAY!...” So the next couple of hours there was a lot of excitement and there were all these new voices and Mommy was getting a little scared I could tell. And then they started putting stuff in Mommy and both her and I went a little loopy.
And before I knew it I could hear something coming closer and closer and POP! They pulled my head out of my home and wiggled out my shoulders and the rest of me slid out *Note: Mom had a C-Section*
I didn’t quite know what was going on, these people pulled me away and started rubbing me down and then rapped me in this stuff I later learned was a blankie. I couldn’t hear Mom or Dad, but then Dad came around and brought me to Mom.
I was wondering if Mom was going to give me some more amniotic fluid, but the other people said no. However I was so happy to be back with Mom and Dad that I didn’t even care.
