My Move to Hawaii

Well, boxes were everywhere, and there was an empty book shelf, and Dad thought it would be fun to take a picture!
I just don’t balance too well yet!  Catch me Dad!
Lets try one more time.  I can do it Dad!
And I did!  Success!
What’s that smell???
Snnnnnnniiiiiiiifffffffffff!

Oh, its the boxes.  Boxes sure smell funny!
I am taking a nap here, while the movers pack up all our stuff
Dad says the funny faces when I am asleep means that I am dreaming
You will notice that I am still wearing the same clothes as above, but this is a new day!  Told you Mom and Dad are ignoring me!
Here I am, a little caterpillar ready for our adventure!
This is the last time I will see my first home!
(Well second, if you count Mom’s belly)
We stayed in the SAME room as Grandma Pam while in Atlanta, crazy huh?
Here we are in the big metal Bird!
There was a baby behind us but I was much better behaved than he was!
Sgt Aslin brought us flower necklaces!  I thought he was nice...
But then he took us to this nasty house with mean guys everywhere.  That wasn’t fun.
And then Sgt Aslin took us to a super nice place to live!
Mom says this is the Schofield Inn
This is my second day in Hawaii!
I like it so far, except the sun is REALLY bright and I am always squinting!
I can wear a hat just like Mom!
Except mine are never quite small enough, and are always sliding up off my head or down over my eyes...
Mom had talked up the pool so much that I was excited to try it out!  I mean, I love the bath tub!
LIttle did I know what was in store...
WAAAAAAYYYYY  TOOOOOOO
COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLD!!!!!
Mom is keeping me warm though, and it seems to get warmer the longer you stay in it
And then finally, I just pretended to be asleep, so Mom and Dad would take me away from that cold place!
February 2006

Well who knew my first move would be so soon and to such a cool place. It was quite an adventure that I’d love to tell you about.
